Graft partnered with Policy Expert in 2014 to support its acquisition programme. The programme includes a monthly direct mail campaign with volumes between 650,000 to 700,000. Graft managed to win the direct mail programme following a market review and the attainment of the best price for Policy Expert.
Graft provided a number of added value services to Policy Expert to support more efficient and effective direct marketing; we source and manage the postage for the acquisition programme, we provide consolidated invoicing services for ancillary services within VAT guidelines to achieve VAT mitigation and we provide a selection of innovation and advisory services.
Furthermore, the Graft team provided Policy Expert with expert product re-engineering to demonstrate creative new formats and how to use mailers as well as a number of cost-saving options including the bulk purchase of stock envelopes. We’ve also provided detailed instructions on the briefing process and supported pre-forecasting of three month schedules upfront. This enables Policy Expert to brief and manage their suppliers easily and effectively.
